Queenstown is situated in the Otago region on New Zealand’s South Island, nestled beside the beautiful Lake Wakatipu.

It has a modest population of 16,000, yet attracts over 3 million visitors annually. Given the wide range of attractions, it’s easy to see why tourism is thriving.

Renowned for its skiing, excellent wines, and stunning hiking trails, a visit to Queenstown promises a wealth of new adventures. The busiest time is summer, from December to February. However, Queenstown is also an ideal winter getaway, especially for ski enthusiasts.
